1. Create your account
New registrations are available for clinics in India. Confirm your clinic’s billing country, add your account and clinic details, and create a password. Your trial starts when the account is created.
2. Make it your clinic
Review clinic details and timezone, set working hours, add services and create the first dentist account. These details make the appointment calendar useful for your team.
3. Add a patient and an appointment
Add patient contact information, select a service and dentist, then choose an available slot. Open the calendar to see the appointment in the clinic’s schedule.
4. Invite the team and share booking
Create individual staff accounts with appropriate roles. Configure availability before sharing the public booking link. A valid public booking creates a confirmed appointment.
Help is optional
Ask for help with clinic details, hours, staff setup or the public booking link if you need it. A walkthrough does not delay access to your trial.
Custom development, website redesigns, data migration and complex integrations are outside standard setup assistance.
