These terms describe the advertised Dentiaro service, free trial and optional assistance. Review the available scope before using it in your clinic.
The service
Dentiaro provides browser-based tools for appointments, patient administration, staff roles, working hours and public booking.
The advertised service covers appointment scheduling, patient administration, team coordination and public booking. Clinical charting, prescriptions, insurance processing and data migration are not included.
Your self-service trial
Create an account to start a 30-day free trial. No payment card, sales call or manual setup approval is required to begin. The trial does not automatically charge you.
Pricing and subscription availability
Starter for clinics in India is INR 1,199 per month or INR 11,510 per year, before applicable tax. Your clinic’s billing country determines its subscription currency. Any applicable tax and final total must be shown before you make a payment.
Continued use after the trial requires an active subscription. The trial does not automatically charge you. Your clinic account shows subscription payment options when available; review the billing period and final total before confirming any payment.
Optional assistance
Ask for help with clinic details, hours, initial staff configuration and the booking link. One online walkthrough of up to 60 minutes can be arranged during the trial. Help is optional; you can complete setup yourself.
Custom development, website design, advanced data migration, complex API integration and third-party developer work are outside standard assistance. Additional work must be agreed separately.

Contact the team by email or WhatsApp during Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM Sri Lanka time. Response times are not guaranteed. Support covers available Dentiaro workflows.
Accounts and clinic information
You are responsible for account credentials, staff access and the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the clinic and its practitioners.
Discuss specific data-processing, retention or export requirements before relying on the service for them.

The service is supplied on an as-is basis. Availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Contact the team about a problem, billing question or requirement outside the advertised workflow.
