Individual accounts and staff roles
The application uses authenticated accounts and owner, dentist and receptionist roles to control access to clinic functions. Use individual accounts and assign staff only the access their job needs.
Clinic-scoped application access
Application access is scoped to the clinic associated with the account. This is logical separation within the application, not a claim that every clinic has its own separate server or database.
Connections and activity records
The public service uses HTTPS for connections. The application records selected actions for operational auditing; this is not a promise that every activity is captured in a complete or immutable audit trail.
Your clinic’s part
Use strong, unique passwords, review staff access when roles change and keep devices secure. Only enter data your clinic is authorized to process.
